What Wasilo is
Wasilo is a service run by OBELIX Agency that lets you publish a public link-in-bio page at a link with your name, with links, a WhatsApp button, images, video and your social accounts. By using the service you agree to these terms.
Your account
You must register with a real email address and verify it before your page goes public. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for anything done from your account. Some names are reserved, and we may take back a name that impersonates a person or brand.
Acceptable use
Do not use Wasilo for scams or phishing, to spread malware, to impersonate anyone, or to publish illegal content. Links are checked when they are added against a list of blocked domains and, where available, Google Safe Browsing. Anyone can report a page through the "Report this page" link on it; we review reports and may suspend a page that breaks these terms immediately.
Your content
What you put on your page belongs to you and you are responsible for it. You give us permission to store it and show it to visitors so we can run the service. Uploaded images are converted to WebP and resized.
Plans and payments
Prices are in Egyptian pounds, monthly or yearly. You pay by transferring the amount to the mobile wallet or InstaPay number shown on the Billing page in your dashboard and uploading a screenshot of the transfer; we review it and activate your plan within 24 hours. The screenshot is kept privately (only our team can see it) and deleted 90 days after review. Plans do not renew automatically: we remind you before the plan ends and you renew the same way. If a plan ends you get a 7-day grace period, then the account moves to Free with nothing deleted. Refund policy: you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your plan being activated by contacting us. After that the current period is not refunded, and your plan stays active until it ends.
The "Made with wasilo" badge
Pages on plans without badge removal show a "Made with wasilo" link to our site at the bottom.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the service running at all times, but it may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits arising from using the service or being unable to reach it, and in any case our liability does not exceed what you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Ending use
You can delete your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms; for an important change we will email you before it takes effect.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Alexandria have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. For any question, contact us through obelixagency.com.
